Please pay the symposium registration fee after your abstract is accepted.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Participants who paid the registration fee and presented their study will take \u201c<span style=\"color: #000080;\">Participation Certificate<\/span>\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Each participant who will attend to the symposium is to pay registration fee. If second and third authors participate to the symposium, they also must pay the registration fee.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>The participants outside the Republic of Turkey will pay the registration fee on the symposium registration desk.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><u>Registration fee\u00a0<\/u>:<\/span>\u00a0Participation to Scientific Meetings, Symposium Bag, Printed Materials (Name Badge, Participation Certificate, Introductory Booklet), Symposium Program, All-day Refreshments, E-book that involves abstracts (It will be announced on the website after the symposium), Lunchs, Dinners, Gala Dinner.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><u>Guest\u00a0<\/u>:<\/span>\u00a0Participant need to pay extra <span style=\"color: #000080;\">50 Euro<\/span> for each guest (husband, child (13 or older), mother etc.) that will accompany them.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><u>Student\u00a0<\/u>:\u00a0<\/span>A copy of Student (Undergraduates, masters or PhD students don\u2019t work in an institution) ID card is required during registration on desk for student participants.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><u>Listener\u00a0<\/u>:\u00a0<\/span>Participants who will attend to the symposium without presentation should also pay <span style=\"color: #000080;\">75 Euro<\/span>. Listeners will receive a <span style=\"color: #000080;\">certificate<\/span> too.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">**\u00a0<\/span>The participants outside the Republic of Turkey will pay the registration fee on the symposium registration desk.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><u>ABSTRACT SUBMISSION<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0In order to attend to the 17th International Geometry Symposium with a presentation or as a listener, firstly,\u00a0 it is necessary to fill up the following Application Form. In addition, for oral and poster presentations your abstracts should be prepared according to the <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Abstract Template<\/span> given as below. Then, send your <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em>application form<\/em><\/span> and <em><span style=\"color: #000080;\">abstract<\/span><\/em> to <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"mailto:17geosem@erzincan.edu.tr\">17geosem@erzincan.edu.tr<\/a><\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0The abstracts that are sent to 17th International Geometry Symposium go through peer review process. Your abstract is sent to two referees randomly chosen from Scientific Committee and accepted in the case that referee reports are positive. Otherwise, your abstract will be rejected. You will receive an e-mail giving information when your abstract is accepted. Please pay the symposium registration fee after your abstract is accepted and send the receipt to <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"mailto:17geosem@erzincan.edu.tr\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">17geosem@erzincan.edu.tr<\/span><\/a>\u00a0mail address. Afterwards, you will receive the invitation letter.
