STUDENT DORMITORIES The dormitories in the campus are within walking distance of the building where the symposium will be held.          Per person accommodation costs 35 ₺ per day.

** The prices are room prices per night + breakfast + tax. Children aged 0-6 stay free of charge, 7-12 by paying the 50% of the price and 13 or older by paying the full amount of the price.

Reservations for accommodation processes will be done by Organizing Committee. After your abstract is accepted, fill in the form given below and send it to 17geosem@erzincan.edu.tr.

In the accommodation form, there is a section where you may choose the people you want to stay with in the same room. Also, if you will stay with your family members, you may indicate that in the same section.

For those who will attend to the symposium as listeners, the reservations will be done by Organising Committee also. Please fill in the form and send it to  17geosem@erzincan.edu.tr by indicating that you are a listener.
