REGISTRATION FEES

• The abstracts that are sent to 17th International Geometry Symposium go through peer review process. Please pay the symposium registration fee after your abstract is accepted.
• Participants who paid the registration fee and presented their study will take “Participation Certificate”.
• Each participant who will attend to the symposium is to pay registration fee. If second and third authors participate to the symposium, they also must pay the registration fee.
• The participants outside the Republic of Turkey will pay the registration fee on the symposium registration desk.

Registration fee : Participation to Scientific Meetings, Symposium Bag, Printed Materials (Name Badge, Participation Certificate, Introductory Booklet), Symposium Program, All-day Refreshments, E-book that involves abstracts (It will be announced on the website after the symposium), Lunchs, Dinners, Gala Dinner.

Guest : Participant need to pay extra 50 Euro for each guest (husband, child (13 or older), mother etc.) that will accompany them.

Student : A copy of Student (Undergraduates, masters or PhD students don’t work in an institution) ID card is required during registration on desk for student participants.

Listener : Participants who will attend to the symposium without presentation should also pay 75 Euro. Listeners will receive a certificate too.

** The participants outside the Republic of Turkey will pay the registration fee on the symposium registration desk.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

   In order to attend to the 17th International Geometry Symposium with a presentation or as a listener, firstly,  it is necessary to fill up the following Application Form. In addition, for oral and poster presentations your abstracts should be prepared according to the Abstract Template given as below. Then, send your application form and abstract to 17geosem@erzincan.edu.tr.

   The abstracts that are sent to 17th International Geometry Symposium go through peer review process. Your abstract is sent to two referees randomly chosen from Scientific Committee and accepted in the case that referee reports are positive. Otherwise, your abstract will be rejected. You will receive an e-mail giving information when your abstract is accepted. Please pay the symposium registration fee after your abstract is accepted and send the receipt to 17geosem@erzincan.edu.tr mail address. Afterwards, you will receive the invitation letter. (Participants outside The Republic of Turkey will pay the registration fee on the symposium registration desk.)

   If you will attend as a listener, pay the registration fee and send the receipt and the application form to 17geosem@erzincan.edu.tr.

   Posters should be prepared in size of 70×100 cm according to the Poster Template given below and presented at the specified time and place by the symposium program. At least one of the authors should stand by the poster.
